FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to neurology, and can be used in treating patients in paediatric neurology. Method consists in forming percutaneous muscle-intramedullary canals on the lower extremity, shoulder and forearm on an upper extremity by perforation of long tubular bones under general anaesthesia. Most involved extremity is first operated.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to form stable gait, to increase volume of movements in joints, to improve fine motor skills and accuracy of movements and, as a result, to improve quality of life of patients due to formation of new, stable efferent reflex links between head and bone marrow, long tubular bones and muscles of extremity.
