FIELD: medicine; traumatology.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be applied in surgical treatment of equines foot disorder of children with infantile cerebral paralysis. In pre-operation period damaged ankle muscle areas are determined by an ultrasonic device. Surgical approach is performed by transverse and longitudinal dissection of rear ankle fascia part. Sural and salens muscles are separated. Affected cicatricial muscular tissue areas is exposed in using blunt method, some cicatricial tissue areas transected in transverse direction, while another ones, widely excrescent in sural and salens muscles, are dissected with exclusion of viable muscular fibres. The foot is fixated by a gypsum bandage.
EFFECT: recovery of extremities function; correction of foot position; reduced traumatic effect; elimination of post-operational complications and reduced terms of treatment.
