FIELD: medical technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical technology, namely to a portable medical aspirator. The aspirator contains an electric motor, a vacuum controller and a vacuum sensor, an indication panel with a power button, an air filter, a liquid collection tank, a hose and a plastic tip, a control unit, an external power supply connection line and an autonomous power supply unit. The electric motor is connected to the vacuum pump (8). The input of the vacuum sensor (10) is connected to the output of the vacuum pump. The control unit (9) includes a series-connected analog-to-digital converter (17), a processor (18) and a digital pulse-width converter (19). The external power supply connection line (1) and the autonomous power supply unit (2) are connected in series with the power supply switching unit (3) and a pulsed step-down voltage converter (4). The output of the voltage converter is connected to the input of the autonomous power supply charging and balancing unit (6) and to the input of the DC motor driver. The charging and balancing unit of the autonomous power supply is connected in series with the autonomous power supply. The DC motor driver (5) is connected in series with the electric motor (7). The three control outputs (20, 21, 22) of the control unit are connected, respectively, to the control inputs of the power supply switching unit, the pulsed step-down voltage converter and the driver of the DC motor. The analog inputs of the control unit are connected respectively to the analog outputs (23, 24) of the vacuum sensor and the vacuum controller (11). The control unit is connected by bidirectional control lines (25, 26) to the charging and balancing unit of the autonomous power supply and the display panel (12) with the power button. An air filter (13), a tank (14) for collecting liquid, a hose (15) and a plastic tip (16) are connected in series to the outlet of the vacuum pump.
EFFECT: power consumption of the vacuum pump electric motor is reduced at idle times when a vacuum is not created in the system, the constancy of the operating characteristics of the device when operating from an autonomous power source and under conditions of power supply from an external DC source with fluctuations in the voltage level of the sources, the weight and dimensions of the device are reduced, the modes of continuous and autonomous operation of the device are provided.
