SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a pharmaceutical composition for local application and methods for the use of such a composition. A pharmaceutical composition is proposed for wound healing, containing gel containing a mixture of erythropoietin at a concentration of 5% (weight/weight); fibronectin at a concentration of 30% (weight/weight); glycerin at a concentration of 5% (weight/weight); Carbomer 940 at a concentration of 1% (weight/weight); benzyl alcohol at a concentration of 2% (weight/weight); triethanolamine at a concentration of 0.9% (weight/weight); methylparaben at a concentration of 0.2% (weight/weight); and propylparaben at a concentration of 0.05% (weight/weight). A method for the wound healing in a subject is also proposed, including the administration to a subject of therapeutically effective amount of the above-mentioned composition, as well as a method for the cosmetic treatment of a damaged skin surface, and a method for the healing of a damaged skin surface, including the application of sufficient amount of the above-mentioned composition to the damaged skin surface.

EFFECT: use of a composition provides for accelerated wound healing compared to a healing process without the application of such a composition, including in subjects with diabetes.
