FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a technology and a technique of localization and elimination of consequences of oil and oil products spills. A contaminated mixture of oil with soil is collected, transported, and unloaded layer-by-layer to at least one reinforced concrete bath located at a place of a potential oil leak accident. The front of a sorbent agent or a dispersant biologically or chemically decomposing oil is sprayed, using a module on the chassis of a tank or a truck, onto the mixture of oil with soil. A multi-barreled module is used for spraying. The agent is sprayed in one gulp from the end of the bath with the creation of a gas-sorbent or gas-dispersant vortex onto a part of the area of a bath bottom. The mass of the mixture of oil with soil is dumped by a dump truck from the side to this part of the area of the bath bottom. The vortex is sprayed in one gulp onto this surface by the module, covering the outer surface of the dumped mixture of oil with soil. Then, this three-stage operation is repeated for each unloading of the mixture of oil with soil from the dump truck. After the loading is completed, the bath is closed with a frame roof with solid coating.
EFFECT: environmentally friendly technology of elimination of consequences of accidents and catastrophes is provided.
