FIELD: construction materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the construction materials industry and can be used in the production of mortars and concretes used in the production of wall blocks, plaster bases, facing and decorative products. The method for production of low-carbon cement includes calcining clay at a temperature from 570 to 700°C for 60 minutes, cooling it, grinding to a particle size of less than 63 mcm and mixing with natural limestone previously crushed to a particle size of less than 63 microns to obtain a complex additive, the introduction of the resulting complex additive and superplasticizer based on an aqueous composition of modified polycarboxylate esters in crushed Portland cement clinker at the following ratio of components, wt. %: Portland cement clinker 60, the specified calcined clay 20-29.9, the specified natural limestone 10-19,9, a superplasticizer based on an aqueous composition of modified polycarboxylate esters 0.1-1.
EFFECT: improvement in technology, an increase in the hydraulic activity of clays by adjusting the heat treatment modes, an increase in the bending and compression strength of low–carbon cement.
