FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of binding materials and can be used in the production of self-compacting, heavy, high-strength, fine-grained and high-quality concretes. Low water demand cement containing portland cement or a mixture thereof with a mineral filler and a superplasticizer further comprises a silica nanomodifier at the following component ratio: portland cement 50–100, mineral filler 0–50, superplasticizer in dry basis 0.3–3.0, siliceous nanomodifier 0.000004–0.0001 in silica basis. In the method of producing low water demand cement, obtained by the joint grinding of portland cement or its mixture with mineral filler and superplasticizer, additionally use siliceous nanomodifier, prepare a dry mixture by thoroughly mixing portland cement or its mixture with mineral filler, taken in the amount (0.5–5) % of its total mass, (0.1–5) % of the superplasticizer powder from its total mass and nanomodifier or prepare a mixture solution by thoroughly mixing portland cement or a mixture thereof with a mineral filler, taken in the amount (0.5–5) % of its total mass, total solution of superplasticizer and nanomodifier, then the prepared dry mixture is combined with the rest of the portland cement or its mixture with the mineral filler and the remaining superplasticizer or said prepared solution is mixed with the rest of the portland cement or a mixture thereof with a mineral filler, and their final grinding is carried out to obtain a CNV to a specific surface of 5,500–7,500 cm2/g.
EFFECT: technical result is increased strength of concretes and solutions based on CNV.
