SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the wine-making industry. Method for producing pink bulk table wine includes crushing clusters of white grapes, resulting in wort, fermenting the wort using wine yeast, wherein the wine yeast starter is mixed with grape dietary fibres prior to being introduced into the wort.
EFFECT: production of wine with a stable and stable colouring, improvement in the organoleptic characteristics of wine, reduction in the dosage of active dry yeast necessary for producing wine, increase in the antioxidant activity of wine, reduction in losses in the process of wine production.
