FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction; it can be used for the manufacture of supports of electricity transmission lines (hereinafter – ETL). The method for the production of wooden supports of ETL includes the first drying of a workpiece, its placement to a metal holder, inner contours of which correspond to outer contours of the workpiece, moistening to a water absorption limit with an aqueous modifier solution, the second drying. The first drying of the workpiece is carried out in an UHF drying chamber to a moisture content of 5-7% during 6-9 days. The moistening to the water absorption limit is carried out from the end of the workpiece under pressure of 35-40 atm with 10% aqueous solution of Ultan-Elemsept or XM11 antiseptic, containing 15-18% of phenol-formaldehyde resin SFJ-3013, during 3-6 h. The second drying is carried out in boiling petrolatum to a moisture content of 18-20% at a temperature of 115-120°C during 6-8 h.

EFFECT: strength and durability of ETL supports are increased.
