SUBSTANCE: invention relates to navigation systems of manned aerial vehicles (MAV) and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV). The described technical result is achieved through the use of additional measurements from an on-board receiver of signals from the RSBN and the ground-based GNSS pseudo satellites, introduction of additional measurements received from the RSBN and the ground-based pseudo satellites into the algorithm for the detection and elimination of failures from GNSS measurements.

EFFECT: ensured control of the integrity of readings of the on-board equipment of the global navigation satellite system (GNSS) applying measurements of the on-board equipment of a short-range navigation radio system (RSBN) and signals from ground-based GNSS pseudo satellites (PS).
