SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry. A juicing nozzle is proposed, referring to the type of juicing nozzles used in juicing systems, where the fruit to be juiced is placed in the recess of the covering element and is directed to come into contact with the nozzle of the covered element. The nozzle, the movement of which is only a reverse movement around the rotation shaft of the covered element, is made with the possibility of inserting into the recess, squeezing the fruit and extracting the juice. The nozzle connected to the shaft contains ribs on its surface, which are located across the direction of movement of the nozzle and are made with the possibility, when pressed against the recess of the enclosing element, to act as scrapers due to their shape. When the nozzle is inserted into the recess, these ribs are located adjacent to the wall of the recess.

EFFECT: device provides high efficiency during operation.
