FIELD: juicers used in public catering enterprises such as bars and restaurants. SUBSTANCE: juicer has two rollers and punches. Rollers are rotating in opposite directions and provided with three peripheral hemispherical depressions sized to conform with fruit placed into them. Knife is positioned between rollers. Each punch is made in the form of truncated ball eccentrically fixed on output shaft. Transmission ratio of roller and punch kinematic chain is selected such that for one revolution of roller punch effectuates as many complete revolutions as there are depressions in rollers. Fruit feeding device has disk rigidly secured on drive output shaft within shell in spaced relation to shell wall. Juicer of such construction has reduced sizes and may be used in enterprises with restricted space. EFFECT: increased efficiency and simplified construction. 2 cl, 3 dwg
