FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, in particular, to stators of rotary electric machines. Stator is made with a two-part winding. To manufacture the stator, a first part of the winding is formed, wherein the end conductors with non-insulated end surfaces are placed, and through holes are made in said part, side surfaces whereof which include the above non-insulated end surfaces of the end conductors. The second part of the winding is formed from U-shaped workpieces with non-insulated end surfaces, wherein each workpiece includes at least one U-shaped element. The second part of the winding is placed in the stator core so that the side surfaces of the insulated active conductors are in tight connection with the side surfaces of the core grooves, and the side surfaces of the insulated end conductors are in tight connection with the nearest endwise toothed surface of the active part of the stator. The first part of the winding is mounted above the other end toothed surface of the active part of the stator, and the non-insulated surfaces of parts are connected with a conductive material.
EFFECT: improved heat sink quality, increased manufacturability of the winding.
