FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and specifically relates to features of designing stators and rotors of alternating current machines. Energy-efficient electrical machine with compact end parts of winding includes stator and rotor cores separated by an air gap, in rectangular slots of at least one of which there are active rectangular conductors of the wave winding phases layers including active phases leads wires. Over the surfaces of the end zones of this core there are front wires of the winding including front wires of turns and turn groups. Squares of points of connection of at least most of the front wires and the active conductors are less than the average length of the slot of the cross-section square of the active conductors, and parts of the front wires of the winding turns located parallel to the end surfaces of the core are mostly located between the points of connection of the front wires and the active conductors. Winding is made in the form of at least two parts spaced apart in height of the slots having two layers of active conductors each, equal number of phases and poles, herewith similar phases of these parts are interconnected by additional conductors so, that their set forms phases of complete electrical machine winding.
EFFECT: wider range of using the energy-efficient electrical machine with compact end parts of the winding to the zone of machines of high capacity due to increasing their efficiency at reduced material consumption.
