AUTOMATIC DRUG DELIVERY DEVICE Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC A61M5/20

Abstract RU 2778422 C2

FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to medical equipment, namely to automatic drug delivery device (10), in particular to an automatic drug delivery device intended for dosing of a fluid product, in particular a fluid drug. The device contains longitudinal case (104) extending along a longitudinal axis and having a proximal end near a dosing site, a distal end opposite to the proximal end, and a hollow inner part; removable lid (50) made with the possibility of installation on the proximal end of case (104); syringe node (200) located in an installation position inside case (104) and having hollow main part (204) of the syringe and injection needle (206) connected to hollow main part (204) of the syringe, containing the fluid product; drive mechanism (300), which can be actuated by a starting element to start dosing of the fluid product. At the same time, the loaded drive mechanism is functionally connected to protective casing (102) made with the possibility of movement inside longitudinal case (104). Moreover, protective casing (102) is shifted to a proximal position, in which it protrudes outward from the proximal end of longitudinal case (104) to close tip (348) of a needle, which is injection needle (206), while protective casing (104) is made with the possibility of movement to a distal position, in which injection needle (206) is opened for an injection. At the same time, the device additionally contains a feedback mechanism providing visual feedback for a user, indicating an actual operation state. Moreover, the feedback mechanism contains a visual indicator, which appears in a transparent window at the distal end of the case. In this case, the visual indicator contains a part of a casing retention indicator, retained with the possibility of release in an invisible position, in which the indication surface is not visible through the transparent window of the case, wherein the part of casing retention indicator is shifted in a distal direction by means of a spring of the protective casing for movement, when released, to a visible position, in which the indication surface is visible through the transparent window of the case.

EFFECT: obtaining an automatic drug device.
