SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to medical equipment, namely to automatic drug delivery device (10), in particular to an automatic drug delivery device intended for dosing of a fluid product, in particular a fluid drug. The device contains longitudinal case (104), removable lid (50), syringe node (200), drive mechanism (300). At the same time, the loaded drive mechanism is functionally connected to protective casing (102) made with the possibility of movement inside longitudinal case (104). Moreover, protective casing (102) is shifted to a proximal position, in which it protrudes outward from the proximal end of longitudinal case (104) to close tip (348) of a needle, which is injection needle (206), while protective casing (104) is made with the possibility of movement to a distal position, in which injection needle (206) is opened for an injection. At the same time, the longitudinal case provides for an inner accommodating component attached to it for accommodation of a syringe holder and provision of a predetermined radial and axial position of the syringe holder inside the longitudinal case. Moreover, the syringe node is the first syringe node, and it is accommodated inside the longitudinal case due to the first syringe holder, while the first syringe holder provides a docking area between the longitudinal case and the syringe node. At the same time, the longitudinal case and the accommodating component have such a size and a configuration so that to accommodate the second syringe holder and the second syringe node, wherein a diameter of the second syringe node differs from a diameter of the first syringe node.
