FIELD: inorganic solid electrolytes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of inorganic solid electrolytes, namely to composite solid electrolytes with high conductivity of lithium ions in the temperature range of 150-220°C for use in medium-temperature lithium rechargeable batteries, electrochemical devices and sensors. Composite solid electrolyte for solid-state lithium electrochemical devices, consisting of lithium alumotitanium phosphate Li1.3Al0.3Ti1.7(PO4)3 with a narrow particle size distribution, namely, with D50 not more than 1.5 mcm, D90 not more than 3.0 mcm, and lithium perchlorate in as an additive in the amount of 18-27 wt.%.
EFFECT: high values of conductivity with respect to lithium ions (1.3·10-3 Cm/cm at 150°C; 2.6⋅10-2 Cm/cm at 200°C) of a solid electrolyte that does not contain an inert (non-conductive) component; when it is obtained, the use of high temperatures (450-600°C) is not required for preliminary preparation of the initial components, which leads to a noticeable reduction in energy costs.
