FIELD: vehicle propulsion devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vehicle propulsion devices. The orbital-track mover contains two shafts located on the same axis, one of which is driven. The first actuating element is mounted on one of the shafts, and a lever is mounted on the other shaft, which is connected to the second actuating element, the axis of which is located parallel to the axis of the first actuating element. Hinges are fixed on the second actuating element, on which tracks are installed, connected to the first actuating element. The distance between the axes of fastening the tracks to the first and second actuating elements is equal to the distance between the axes of the two actuating elements.
EFFECT: expansion of the application area of the mover for movement on public roads and bumpy, slippery and viscous surfaces, including stairs, due to the possibility of choosing the method for movement and the profiles of the engagement zones.
