METHOD FOR STIMULATION OF THE LUMBAR SPINE HERNIA RESORPTION Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC A61H39/08 A61N5/67 A61K35/18 A61K36/28 A61K31/7004 A61P19/00

Abstract RU 2778603 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to neurology, medical rehabilitation, and can be used to stimulate resorption of a hernia in the lumbar spine. A patient with the localization of a hernia of the cervical spine confirmed as a result of magnetic resonance imaging and the level of pain experienced by him on the VAS of no more than five points undergoes outpatient treatment for 12 days. The patient in the supine position simultaneously perform sessions of acupuncture and laser therapy for 20 minutes. The needles are placed paravertebral in the projection of the location of the hernia, as well as above and below the affected segment and on the upper limb from the side of pain irradiation, using points V40, V60, V57, V62, Jia ji point, V22, V23, V24. The impact of laser therapy is carried out paravertebral in the projection of the installed needles using the Asalaser M6 robotic apparatus MLS-therapy in the biostimulating mode at a frequency of 1500 Hz, an intensity of 100%, a radiation density of 9.66 J/cm2; six times on the 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th, 10th and 12th days of therapy during the general course of treatment, before the sessions of acupuncture and laser therapy, the patient is injected with a proloagent in the projection of the affected segment in the area between the spinous processes - 2 ml of Traumeel C solution or 1 ml of 25% dextrose solution, and twice on the 3rd and 5th day paravertebral intramuscular PRP, performing these injections on different days, starting and ending the course of injections with the introduction of the proloagent. Pain syndrome intensity is also assessed daily according to VAS - in response to injection therapy in the form of an increase in the intensity of the pain syndrome, the second injection of PRP is performed when the pain level according to VAS reaches no more than five points.

EFFECT: method provides safety for the patient, effective pain relief and the possibility of treatment on an outpatient basis due to acupuncture in combination with the use of a biostimulating laser therapy regimen.
