FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to medical rehabilitation, neurology, physiotherapy, therapeutic physical culture, sanatorium and resort. For the treatment of chronic dorsopathies of vertebrogenic and non-vertebrogenic genesis, a complex of medicinal and physical actions is performed, where botulinotherapy is used as medicamentous effect. In the morning, before each botulinum toxin introduction procedure, a session of therapeutic exercises is first performed on the basis of a proprioceptive neuromuscular protrusion technique (PNF). Then, immediately before administration of botulinum toxin, paravertebral high intensity laser therapy (HILT) is performed. Total therapeutic course of the complex of three exposures: botulinotherapy, exercise therapy and HILT is eight daily procedures.
EFFECT: method enables prolonging the remission period with the reduction of the general exposure course, maintaining a satisfactory therapeutic effect for at least eight months after the completion of the rehabilitation course without using any additional therapeutic effects.
