FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing silicon-containing urea by the general formula , wherein at n=1, R represents phenyl; at n=2, R represents 2,4-toluylene, 1,6-hexamethylene, 4,4′-dicyclohexylmethane, 3,5-isophorone, or 4,4′-diphenylmethane. Method includes the interaction of 3-aminopropyl triethoxysilane with isocyanates of various structures in the presence of an antioxidant and toluene as a solvent while evacuating and at a temperature of 17 to 20°C. Phenyl isocyanate, 2,4-toluylene diisocyanate, 1,6-hexamethylene diisocyanate, 4,4′-diisocyanate-dicyclohexylmethane, 4,4′-methylenediphenyl diisocyanate, or isoforondiisocyanate are used as isocyanates of various structures.
EFFECT: production of the target product with a high yield and high conversion of initial substances; simplification of the process and minimisation of the time therefor; reduction in power consumption and ensured environmental cleanliness of production.
