FIELD: production of silicon-containing materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for the production of silicon-containing compounds, namely a method for the production of aminosilanes. A method is proposed for the preparation of aminosilanes of the general formula (I), where n=1, 2 or 3, including the interaction of 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane with 2-alkylaminoethanol, characterized by the fact that monoethanolamine is used as 2-alkylaminoethanol in the presence of a binary antioxidant and an alkali metal alcoholate during vacuuming and gradual heating to 100°C.
EFFECT: obtaining the target product with a high yield and high conversion of the starting materials, simplifying the process and minimizing the time of its implementation, reducing energy consumption during production.
