FIELD: testing materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of testing materials, in particular to the determination of the adhesion of cement stone to polyethylene film and other smooth polymeric materials and coatings, such as polymer reinforcement or fiber, and also relates to the development, research and creation of composite materials. The device contains a support platform with a fastening device for fixing cement samples with a test film and a loading mechanism. The sample is tightly fixed in the fastening device, which ensures no slippage and allows you to move the samples horizontally until aligned with the axis of operation of the pulling device. The force of resistance to pulling out the film from cement stone at an angle of 90° to the plane is created by smooth rotation of the handle of the flywheel of the gear wheel along the rod with rack and pinion, providing a gradually increasing force, fixed by the dynamometer of the loading device until the moment the sample is pulled out of the cement stone, and the change in length is type through the chuck guide.
EFFECT: increasing the accuracy of adhesion determination by eliminating the effect of the substrate on the structure and properties of the film, as well as eliminating the process of cohesive destruction during tests by shearing.
