SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of testing materials, in particular to methods for determining the adhesion of cement stone to polyethylene film and other smooth polymer materials, for example fiber reinforcement, in the development and creation of composite materials. The method for determining the adhesion of cement stone to a polyethylene film is that a film sample of a strictly defined contact area with a width of 10 mm is immersed in the cement mortar to a depth of 10 mm. After the cement stone has solidified, a test is performed by pulling out. At the same time, the force of resistance to pulling out of the polyethylene film is measured with a dynamometer and carried out at an angle of 90° to the plane of the cement stone, strictly fixed in the fastening device, which makes it possible to combine the axis of the polyethylene film with the axis of the pulling device with a dynamometer and a loading mechanism to ensure a gradual increasing force by scrolling the flywheel and moving along the rod with a rack-and-pinion gear of the device to the moment of pulling the sample out of the cement stone. The polyethylene film itself is firmly fixed in a clamping spring device, excluding slippage. The deformation of the film during the test is determined by the installed clock-type indicator through the guide of the clamping device.

EFFECT: increase in the accuracy of determining adhesion by eliminating the influence of the substrate on the structure and properties of the film, as well as excluding the process of cohesive destruction during shear tests.
