SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to balneology, and can be used in balneotherapy of patients with arterial hypertension associated with osteoarthritis and asthenic syndrome. For this, antler-brine baths are carried out. 100 liters of brine from Karachi Lake are poured into the bath and 80 liters of fresh water are added, then 200 ml of antler broth prepared by keeping 2.5 kg of crushed fresh-frozen antlers in 10 liters of water at a temperature of up to 96°C for two hours is added. The procedures are carried out for 12-15 minutes at a temperature of 36-37°C, daily from 14.00 to 18.00, for a course of 9-10 procedures.

EFFECT: method provides a significant reduction in blood pressure in this category of patients by improving the adaptive mechanisms and activity of the neuroendocrine system due to a decrease in the activity of the sympathetic link of the nervous system and the synthetic activity of the glucocorticoid function of the adrenal glands, and as a result, a significant decrease in the cortisol/insulin stress index.
