Preparation for increasing adaptive abilities of organisms in athletes in training process period under conditions of midlands is based on natural honey and powder of Siberian deer antlers, taken in specified ratio. Method of increasing adaptive abilities of organisms in athletes in training process period under conditions of midlands includes course peroral introduction of preparation based on honey and powder of Siberian deer antlers in dose 1 table spoon 3 times per day during meal for 14 days.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to use claimed preparation under conditions of moderate hypoxia of midlands in order to stimulate erythropoiesis, effectively increasing in this way adaptive abilities of individual.
