FIELD: drilling and workover of wells.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drilling and workover of wells and is intended, in particular, for the expansion of pipes when they are installed in a well. A device for expanding pipes in a well includes a housing with a central channel, threads for connection with downhole equipment and grooves on the outer surface, axles and washers with the possibility of limited radial movement. In the grooves on the outer surface there are rollers equipped with an expanding surface and a calibrating surface. The hydraulic annular piston is made in the form of a shaft with the possibility of longitudinal movement downwards and spring-loaded upwards by a spring. The conical surface of the shaft is made of two sections, the lower section of which is configured to interact with the expanding surface of the rollers. The lower thrust sleeve rests on a spring. The roller exit limiters interacting with the roller axes are made in the form of clips and are fixed on the body. The grooves of the housing at the point of contact of the upper axes of the rollers are equipped with a hard alloy. The roller washers are made without the possibility of rotation and are provided with protrusions. Washers are installed in the central channel of the housing above and below the shaft to control the movement of the shaft and the exit of the rollers in the working and transport positions. The expanding surface of the rollers is located at an angle α = 10-15° to the central axis of the housing, and the calibrating surface of the rollers is made of length L, which is 5-35% of the length l of the expanding surface of the rollers.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of the device, the efficiency of pipe expansion and the duration of the expander before repair.
