FIELD: expanding pipes in a well.
SUBSTANCE: device includes housing with a central channel and threads for connection with downhole equipment and recesses on the outer surface. In the recesses there are rollers equipped with chamfers at the top and bottom and mounted on axles fixed in the upper and lower grooves of the housing recesses at an angle to the central axis. The lower groove of the housing recess is made of a rectangular section with a bushing with an inner conical surface fixed rigidly from the outside. The upper groove of the housing recess is made of a rectangular section with an inclined thrust plane inside and a bushing screwed on the outside on the left-hand thread, secured with screws and a retaining ring. The axis is equipped with a square shank from below, which is installed in the lower groove of the housing recess. From above is is equipped with a prismatic end with chamfers inserted into the upper groove of the housing recess. The axis is symmetrical about the central axis. There are five housing recesses with grooves according to the number of axes and rollers. The housing is made of structural alloy steel.
EFFECT: creating a simple-to-manufacture, reliable design, a significant increase in device performance, an increase in the efficiency of pipe expansion due to the five-roller design and the duration of the flare at high torques due to the strengthening of the body.
