FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: flaring device-calibrating device includes housing with central channel, threads to be connected to down-hole equipment and cavities made on external surfaces, in which rollers installed on axes and made in the form of cylinders with chamfers are arranged. Upper ends of axes are provided with possibility of restricted outward movement, in annular cavity formed between two basic parts there arranged is spring-loaded annular piston installed with possibility of axial movement. Below-piston cavity of annular piston is interconnected with central channel. Axes are equipped from above and from below with prismatic ends, inserted into the housing with possibility of restricted longitudinal upward movement and radial outward movement under influence of thrust and inclined surfaces of piston, and inclined surface interacts with lower end of axis. Piston is spring-loaded downwards and has the possibility of restricted longitudinal upward movement. Central axis of each axis is located in its appropriate plane parallel to the housing axis. Housing has inclined surfaces for the appropriate upper prismatic ends of axes. Central channel of housing below piston is equipped with process constriction.
EFFECT: reducing accident risk, improving serviceability and efficiency of device, and increasing overhaul period.
