FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: claimed group of inventions relates to medical equipment, namely to two options of a breathing air heater. In the first option, the breathing air heater includes a half mask, a heat exchanger, an inhalation hose, an inhalation valve, and an exhalation valve. On the frontal surface, the half mask has a connecting box, one of holes of which contains the inhalation valve connected to the inhalation hose, and the other hole is the exhalation valve connected to an exhalation hose. The heat exchanger has outer and inner chambers. The inner chamber is installed inside the outer chamber with the formation of a space between their walls for the passage of inhaled air. The inhalation hose, which has a heating element, is connected to the outer chamber, and the exhalation hose is connected to the inner chamber. The upper base of the outer chamber has an upper branch pipe of the outer chamber, made with the possibility of release of heated air from the heat exchanger to the inhalation hose, and a hole for the output of an upper branch pipe of the inner chamber. The lower base of the outer chamber has a lower branch pipe of the outer chamber, made with the possibility of intake of inhaled air from the environment, and a hole for the output of a lower branch pipe of the inner chamber. The upper base of the inner chamber has an upper branch pipe of the inner chamber, made with the possibility of intake of exhaled air through the exhalation hose into the inner chamber of the heat exchanger, and the lower base of the inner chamber has a lower branch pipe of the inner chamber, made with the possibility of release of exhaled air to the environment. In the second option of the breathing air heater, the outer chamber has a heating element, and the inhalation hose does not have a heating element.
EFFECT: creation of a breathing air heater that prevents the effect of cold air on the upper respiratory tract of a person.
