SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely cardiovascular surgery, and can be used to select the level of formation of distal anastomosis when performing autovenous femoral-popliteal bypass surgery in patients with prolonged occlusion of the superficial femoral artery of more than 20 cm according to multispiral computed angiography. The presence of occlusion of the main arteries of the lower extremities is determined according to multispiral computed angiography: popliteal artery (PA), anterior tibial artery (ATA), tibioperineal trunk (TPT), peroneal artery (PEA), posterior tibial artery (PTA), popliteal artery (PA) and superficial femoral artery (SFA). In the presence of occlusion of the main artery, this artery is assigned the appropriate number of points: popliteal artery (PA) 1 point, anterior tibial artery (ATA) 2 points, tibioperineal trunk (TPT) 4 points, peroneal artery (PEA) 8 points, posterior tibial artery (PTA) 16 points, superficial femoral artery (SFA) 0 points. All the points received are summed up, and for each lower extremities the points received are summed up separately. With the sum of points 0, the level of formation of the distal anastomosis on the PA is selected, with the sum of points 1, the level of formation of the distal anastomosis on the TPT is selected, with the sum of points 2 on the PA, with the sum of points 3 on the TPT, with the sum of points 4 on the PA and on the PTA, with the sum of points 5 on the ATA and on PTA, with the sum of points 6 on the PTA, with the sum of points 7 on the PTA, with the sum of points 8 on the PA, with the sum of points 9 on the TPT, with the sum of points 10 on the PKA, with the sum of points 11 on the TPT, with the sum of points 12, the level of formation of distal anastomosis on the PA and PTA is selected, with a total of 13 points on the ATA and PTA, with the sum of points 14 on the PTA, with the sum of points 15, the level of formation of distal anastomosis on PTA is selected, with the sum of points 16 on the PA, with the sum of points 17 on the TPT, with the sum of points 18, the level of formation of distal anastomosis on the PA is selected, with the sum of points 19 on the TPT; with the sum of 20 points on the PA and on the PEA, with the sum of 21 points on the ATA and on the PEA, with the sum of 22 points on the PEA, with the sum of 23 points on the PEA, with the sum of 24 points, the level of formation of distal anastomosis on the PA is selected, with the sum of 25 points on the ATA, with the sum of 28 points, the level of formation of the distal anastomosis on the PA is selected, with the sum of 29 points on the ATA. With the sums of 26, 27, 30 and 31, it is established that femoral-popliteal bypass surgery is impossible.

EFFECT: method provides a reduction in the risk of thrombosis of the operated segment, as well as a reduction in the risk of repeated revascularization and amputation of the lower limb by determining the occlusion of the main arteries of the lower extremities with the assignment of a score to each of them, followed by summation of all the points received.
