FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cardiovascular surgery. The proximal section of the great saphenous vein is dissected longitudinally to a length of 15-20 cm, then a Y-shaped autovenous shunt is formed from the free semicircles of the great saphenous vein. The autovein is reversed. Distal anastomoses are formed with the arteries of the lower leg, the proximal anastomosis is formed between the distal portion of the autovenous conduit and the common femoral artery.
EFFECT: method allows to ensure that the diameters of the arteries and the venous conduit correspond, to reduce the number of anastomoses and, as a result, to reduce the trauma of the surgical operation and the likelihood of occlusion of the autovenous shunt.
