Moreover, the first DCI is used to schedule the sending of downlink data to the terminal by m base station antenna panels, respectively, where m is an integer greater than 1, and n is a positive integer. Here, the number of CORESETs used for sending PDCCHs and preconfigured by the base station for the terminal is k. PDCCHs sent using at least two of k CORESETs are configured to be sent using different antenna panels, where k is an integer greater than 1. According to the first DCI, the terminal determines at least one target receive beam used to receive downlink data; and the terminal receives downlink data using at least one target receive beam.

EFFECT: efficient transmission of the physical downlink control channels PDCCH, which ensures more reliable reception of the downlink DCI control information in the terminal.
