SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technical field of communications. To achieve the effect, the terminal receives the first DCI transmitted on the first PDCCH, which is sent by the base station through n antenna panels. Moreover, the first DCI is used to schedule the sending of downlink data to the terminal by m base station antenna panels, respectively, where m is an integer greater than 1, and n is a positive integer. Here, the number of CORESETs used for sending PDCCHs and preconfigured by the base station for the terminal is k. PDCCHs sent using at least two of k CORESETs are configured to be sent using different antenna panels, where k is an integer greater than 1. According to the first DCI, the terminal determines at least one target receive beam used to receive downlink data; and the terminal receives downlink data using at least one target receive beam.
EFFECT: efficient transmission of the physical downlink control channels PDCCH, which ensures more reliable reception of the downlink DCI control information in the terminal.
