FIELD: measuring devices.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to devices for measuring the characteristics of sandy-clay pelletized ores and can be used in mining, construction and other industries. The device for determining the characteristics of sandy-clay pelletized ores includes a working chamber, a container with liquid. The working chamber is made in the form of a cube and includes a frame, which is made of plates rigidly connected to each other and with a base, which is made opaque, and the walls, which are made of a transparent material, are connected with the possibility of removal. A sealant is installed at the joints of the frame and walls. Eyelets are rigidly fixed on the upper part of the frame diagonally from each other. The working chamber is mounted on a stand, in the bases of the working chamber and the upper surface of the stand there are holes in the form of a circle, into which an adapter is installed with the possibility of removal, into which a drain pipe is fixed, and then a water meter, a tap and a drain pipe are installed in series. Behind the working chamber and above its level, a container is installed on a stand, in the lower part of which there is a hole into which an adapter is installed, into which a drain pipe is fixed, and then a water meter, a faucet and a drip irrigation system, which is made in the form of a perforated hose, are installed in series, which is laid on the test material in the form of a spiral. A photo/video camera with a time-lapse function is installed outside the working chamber, the output of which is connected to the input of a personal computer.
EFFECT: improving the accuracy of measuring the filtration and geotechnical characteristics of sandy-argillaceous pelletized ores.
