FIELD: dentistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to dentistry, dental implantology. The affected tooth is removed, the tooth socket is curetted. A bone channel corresponding to the length of and 0.2 to 0.3 mm smaller than the diameter of the implanted structure is formed through the socket of the removed tooth. A titanium nickelide dental implant with permeable porosity with a cover screw screwed into the central channel thereof is placed in the bone channel. The free space between the channel walls and the implant is filled with superelastic fibrous titanium nickelide made of a thread with a 30 mcm diameter, with an irregular tangled structure, by swabbing. The wound is sutured.
EFFECT: method allows for direct dental implantation in patients with chronic periodontites and partial edentulism, optimisation of reparative processes, primary stabilisation of the implant in the socket of the removed tooth, elimination of the pathological mobility of the implanted structure followed by harmonious function of the orthopaedic structure.
