FIELD: pipelines construction and repair.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction or repair of main, technological and field pipelines, in particular to devices for screwing and unscrewing (turning) linear fiberglass pipes (FGP). The device for winding linear fiberglass pipes contains a body with a clamping mechanism, roller clamps pressed against the pipe by the clamping mechanism from opposite sides, and a motor-reducer for pipe rotation during winding. The body is made of tubular with a manual screw longitudinal jack installed inside with a movable nut. A slot is made at one end of the body. Moreover, the nut and the body are equipped with parallel vertical branch pipes with corresponding clamps. The clamping mechanism of the nut is made in the form of paired and double rollers, connected by axes to the corresponding crossbars of the welded frame and made with the possibility of interacting in pairs with different pipes connected by a twist. And the clamping mechanism of the body is made in the form of a roller that interacts with one of the pipes during the twist and is rigidly connected to the axis of the motor-reducer, fixed on the body branch pipe. The surfaces of the rollers are made of dense plastic material.

EFFECT: creation of a design that is simple in execution, effective and reliable when used for screwing and unscrewing (turning) without damaging linear fiberglass pipes, providing the possibility of participation in the performance of one worker, as well as expanding the technical means of turning fiberglass pipes.
