FIELD: agricultural engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural engineering, in particular to the designs of dosing devices for seeders for sowing row crops. The dosing device comprises a housing, a drive mechanism, cellular disks with cells located in several rows with offset, seed ejectors installed in the annular grooves of each row, a seed reflector above the cellular disk, pneumatic lines, air separators. The cells are made in the form of blind holes of a rectangular shape with a long side along the direction of movement, and the length of the cell has a size greater than the length of the seed, the width is greater than the thickness, the depth is greater than the width, and bevels are made along the front and left sides of the hole for orientation and longitudinal direction of the seeds in cell. Cellular discs are assembled into a cassette on a common horizontal shaft and installed under the seed hopper. After the air separator, a seed flow equalizer is installed in the form of a bladed rotor installed in a housing mounted on a frame above each coulter and connected to a pneumatic line. The bladed rotor is made with the possibility of synchronous rotation with the shaft of the cassette of cellular disks from the support-drive wheel.
EFFECT: invention will improve the uniformity of the distribution of seeds in the furrow.
