FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for oscillating rotation of a working tool. The device contains a housing, an electric motor, bearing assemblies, a drive shaft, a driven shaft connected to a working tool and the first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth gears. The first gear is the driving gear, has at least one sector of teeth and is rigidly fixed to the drive shaft. The second gear is the driving gear, made full-toothed and rigidly fixed to the drive shaft. The fifth gear is rigidly fixed to the driven shaft. The third gear and the fourth gear are rigidly connected to each other on the same axis and have a similar appearance to the first gear and the second gear. The second gear and the fourth gear are in constant engagement with each other. The fifth gear is in constant engagement with the first gear and the third gear. The number of sectors of the teeth of the first gear and the magnitude of the central angle of its tooth sectors depend on the magnitude of the oscillation angle of the working tool.
EFFECT: as a result, the reliability of the device and its compactness are ensured.
