FIELD: cosmonautics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a unified lunar landing platform (ULPP) with inertial simultaneous descent lift platforms for delivering cargo to the lunar surface. ULPP includes four sections. Each section constitutes a metal or composite lattice-rod structure equipped with support racks and a lift platform. The platforms are therein configured to be simultaneously lowered in all sections. The ends of each section are designed so that the end planes are located at an angle of 45° relative to the central axis of the section, forming an angle of 90° between said planes, rotary reducers are installed on the ends of three sections, configured to ensure transformation of the ULPP from an extended starting configuration, wherein the four sections of the ULPP form a straight line, into a closed transport and landing configuration in the shape of a square with the sections of the ULPP acting as the sides thereof.
EFFECT: deployment speed of the ULPP is increased.
