FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, specifically to the production of insulin conjugates; it can be used in medicine for the treatment of diabetes. An insulin conjugate of the formula X-L1-F (formula 1) is proposed, where X is an insulin analogue having the same sequence as native insulin, except for the fact that 14th amino acid of A-chain is aspartic acid; L is polyethylene glycol as a linker; F is Fc-fragment of immunoglobulin. In the proposed conjugate, X, L, and F are bound to each other by means of a covalent bond in the order specified in the formula 1, and both ends of the specified linker are attached to N-end of B-chain of the specified insulin analogue and to N-end of the specified Fc-fragment of immunoglobulin.

EFFECT: resulting insulin conjugate of prolonged action of unnatural origin allows for improvement of compliance of patients, who need insulin administration.
