FIELD: dispensing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dosing assemblies for such liquids as syrups, beverage concentrates, flavourings, etc., and can be applied in apparatus for preparing cold and/or hot beverages in domestic conditions, in offices, cafes, public institutions, and other places. Liquid dosing assembly consists of a body, a gas supply tool, and at least one at least partially thin-walled liquid-filled capsule installed inside. The dosing assembly is configured to compress the capsule walls due to the gas pressure in the process of adjustable portioned liquid supply and is equipped with a control unit.
EFFECT: improved ergonomic characteristics of the liquid dosing assembly and possibility of reducing the environmental impact with a simultaneous increase in the controllability of the dosing process.
