SUBSTANCE: apparatus has dispensing hopper connected to volumetric dosing device including measuring chamber and dosing member adapted for dispensing of predetermined volume of ice-cream by means of dosing head into movable forms. Since hopper is maintained under pressure, measuring chamber is filled without substantial formation of air cavities during suction phase.
