SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of plasma chemical processing of fractionated material in a reactor. The specified technical result is provided due to the fact that in a turbulent medium-temperature plasma generator (PIT-TMTP) operating at a pressure equal to or exceeding atmospheric pressure, the main parameters of the generator are the size of the reactor, the average amplitude of current and voltage on the electrodes, diameter, velocity and concentration of particles of the processed material, duration of electrical pulses and activation energy the particles of the processed material are selected in such a way that the particles of the processed material pass in the reactor along trajectories in the form of loops with a variable angle of incidence. This ensures the transfer of plasma energy to the surface of the particles of the processed material sufficient to carry out reactions, but limited by the condition that there is no overheating of the plasma, reducing the energy generated in plasma channels, giving the plasma flow turbulence with a controlled scale and a given reaction rate.

EFFECT: invention provides optimization of the plasma chemical process of processing fractionated material by enhancing the turbulent nature of the generated medium-temperature plasma.
