SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to cardioprotective and cardiorestorative products. Disclosed is an application of growth hormone releasing peptide 6 (GHRP-6) for producing a medicinal product for treating a pathology selected from the group consisting of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) with ST-segment elevation or depression, acute coronary syndrome, acute or chronic myocardial ischaemia, heart failure, and episodes of ischaemia/reperfusion of the cardiac muscle, for protecting the ventricular mass from states of stupor and hibernation, low cardiac output syndrome and cardiogenic shock, wherein the product is injected 12 to 96 hours after identifying an episode of ischaemia. Also disclosed is a method for treating the above disease.

EFFECT: group of inventions allows for late treatment of the myocardium with episodes of stupor, hibernation, ischaemia, and consequences thereof.
