FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a complex mobile power emergency plant. The plant contains chassis, one or several wheels supporting chassis, a liquid pump of varying pressure with an electric drive, transferred on chassis, one or several rechargeable storage batteries powering the pump, one or several sockets of alternating current, transferred on chassis and powered by one or several batteries for providing emergency backup powering during power supply disruption. The plant also contains at least one hardware processor and one or several software modules, which, when implemented by at least one processor, receive input communication signals of a notification on an emergency, determine, whether received signals correspond to preset criteria indicating the emergency, cause full charging of one or several batteries after it is determined that received signals correspond to preset criteria.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at the creation of a plant capable of resisting different emergencies.
