SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power sources, in particular, to battery, to mobile telephones battery protection method and system. Disclosed is battery for electronic device, which comprises: rechargeable power supply source and battery microchip, wherein rechargeable power supply source is made with possibility to supply power to electronic equipment, and battery microchip is made with possibility to detect, whether rechargeable power supply source begun supply power to electronic equipment, and if detection result is that rechargeable power supply source begun supply power to electronic equipment, then send individually adjusted signal to electronic equipment through predetermined transmitting contact. Individually adjusted signal is used by electronic equipment to identify whether individually adjusted signal is correct; and if individually adjusted signal is incorrect, then performing control over power supply disconnection supplied by battery. Thus solving problems associated with fact that fake batteries can lead to negative consequences in prior art, and achieving effects of power supply continuation from battery only then, when used battery is guaranteed to be original battery, which meets requirements, improving safety of batteries and electronic equipment.
EFFECT: disclosed is battery for electronic device.
