FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mining industry and can be used for securing mine workings, reinforcing pillars, sides of quarries, etc. Proposed is a method for securing mine workings, including drilling blast holes in rows, installing anchors therein, pressing the anchor shanks to the surface of the working, and engaging the anchors together. The anchors are therein being engaged by means of annular elements with holes made in the walls and plates secured at the ends. The ends of the anchor shanks are passed through the holes in the end plates of the rings, matching the location of the geometric axis of rotation thereof, and secured thereon using nuts. The annular elements and shanks of adjacent anchors are interconnected by rods passed into the rings from both ends through the holes in the walls and tightened using fastening nuts.
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency and safety of securing workings by bolting.
