METHOD OF MINE WORKINGS SUPPORT Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: mining industry; applicable in support of mine workings in fissured rocks, reinforcing of pillars, opencast flanks, deforming cast-in-situ concrete and reinforced concrete structures. SUBSTANCE: method includes drilling of boreholes in rows, installation of anchor bolts, bending of their tails along working and pressing of tails to working surface. Anchor bolts are coupled with one another by means of an angle piece with holes made in its flanges. Tail bent end of previous row of anchor bolts is passed through hole of flange of an angle piece located perpendicular to working surface and secured. Anchor bolt of next row is installed in borehole through hole made in flange of the same angle piece adjacent to working surface. Anchor bolt tail may be secured to angle piece with the aid of locking device. Tail may be secured to angle piece with interference fit. In securing of tail, between angle piece flange and locking device, flexible-yielding member may be located. Tail may be secured by wedge installed between angle piece flange adjacent to working surface and end of tail. Flexible rope may be used instead of anchor bolt. Anchor bolt may be composite of anchor part and tail tied by loop bends. EFFECT: higher efficiency of working support by bolting and simplified technology of support. 7 cl, 9 dwg
