FIELD: evaporator devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technical field of evaporator devices and, in particular, provides an evaporator unit and a method for its manufacture. The evaporation unit contains at least one lamellar cotton wick, configured to absorb the liquid to be evaporated; and a heating plate provided with conductive pins for pressing at least one lamellar cotton wick so that the lamellar cotton wick is attached to the heating plate without gaps. The heating plate generates heat by connecting the conductive pins to the positive and negative electrodes of the power supply to vaporize and atomize the liquid to be vaporized absorbed by the lamellar cotton wick.
EFFECT: solving a technical problem associated with combustion or dry combustion, wherein the heating plate and the cotton wick plate are securely attached to each other.
