SUBSTANCE: invention relates to optical instrument manufacture, in particular, to optical systems for monitoring and tracking remote objects, and can be used in creating viewing instruments. Spotting scope with a prism reversal assembly comprises a prism reversal assembly located in front of the lens and made in the form of a direct-view isosceles prism with a roof, an objective, and an eyepiece, installed on the optical axis of the lens.
EFFECT: structural simplification of the reversal assembly, reduction in the light flux losses, and improvement in the image quality.
